Covid-19 Updates and Policies
In light of the worldwide effort to help mitigate and reduce the spread of COVID-19, One River CPAs has made changes to our daily operations in order to help our staff and clients remain healthy. We have made the following changes to our daily operations:
- We will limit in-person client meetings when possible. We are available to clients via telephone and e-mail and Zoom for questions and consultations. In-person meetings will be by appointment only, a mask is required when entering the office, and distancing guidelines will be followed.
- We will continue to deliver tax returns via e-mail or via U.S. Postal Service in an effort to reduce client visits to the office. If tax returns/paperwork are picked up, a mask is required when entering the office.
- We ask that clients mail or e-mail their documents to the office whenever possible. We will continue to accept information that is dropped off by clients but we ask that whenever possible, everyone seek an alternative plan and limit visits to our office as much as possible.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time. It is important that we all make every effort possible to be socially responsible and reduce the opportunities for COVID-19 to spread. Our staff and clients are our priority and we want to do our part to make sure everyone stays healthy.
