Q & A…

Why do you do what you do?

I find it rewarding to help people through the maze of taxes.

What is the best advice you ever received?

Always take the high road.

What do you do on April 16th?

I try to sleep in and not schedule anything for the day. However, if it’s nice out, my garden is calling me and if it’s not, the housework certainly is!

What is your favorite movie?

I enjoyed all of the John Grisham novels made into movies, but my favorite would be The Firm. I like when the character has to think their way out of a seemingly impossible situation.

What is something people might not know about you?

I sold real estate in the early 80s. When my son was born in 1986, I wanted to be a stay at home mom. Of course that was the year real estate exploded along the coast. While I didn’t make any money, I did learn a lot of valuable information that I still find helpful today.
