Jennifer HightJennifer joined the team in 2014 as a senior manager. A Maine native, Jennifer lives in Skowhegan with her husband Corey and son Jackson.

Jennifer earned her degree from Thomas College. She worked as a manager in a central Maine accounting firm for 20 years.

At One River

Jennifer co-manages the tax department by planning and supervising the preparation of small business and individual tax returns. She works closely with families and businesses to plan and implement tax saving strategies.

Why do you do what you do?

I always loved puzzles! I view accounting as a puzzle. It is exciting for me to see all of the pieces come together to a finished product.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Bloom where you are planted; wherever that may be.

How do you spend April 16?

You will find me someplace warm with my family with my toes in the sand.

What is your favorite movie?

Sweet Home Alabama and The Blind Side.

What is something people might not know about you?

I was a member of a cheerleading squad that competed in Orlando at a National competition my senior year of high school.
